"The Wickenburg Art Center's Drawing & Painting Group meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 1PM in the classroom at the Art Center. The meeting will last between 2-3 hours, depending on the material being discussed and the projects that we decide to enjoy. We will however be finished at 4PM."
We enjoy talking about everything having to do with drawing and painting, including oil painting, watercolors, pen & ink, pastels, scratchboard and all combinations of 2D media.
Members are free to bring in their works either finished or underway to get feedback from the other artists, perhaps help with a drawing or painting problem or a light critique. Mostly it is a time to catch up with one another about our recent projects, discuss current art events, try out new media and enjoy the camaraderie of our fellow artists.
