Payment
ALL FEES must be paid on the WAC website. If you need assistance contact the event chairs or call the Wickenburg Art Center at 928-684-0483
Cash and Check accepted in person only. Please contact WAC to make arrangements. Returned check fee $40.00.
Refund Policy
WAC will issue a full refund for cancellation for cause for each space / table until midnight August 1, 2025
Thereafter, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Wickenburg Art Club, PO Box 1737, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 or emailed to wickartclub@gmail.com.
If weather or other acts beyond our control cause the show to be closed or cancelled, no refund will be given.
Exception:
If the Governor of Arizona cancels or prohibits public activity and if, for that reason and ONLY FOR THAT REASON, we are unable to produce The Holiday Market Art & Craft Fair 2025, the club will refund your space / table fees.
