Payment

Refund Policy

WAC will issue a full refund for cancellation for cause for each space / table until midnight August 1, 2025

Thereafter, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Wickenburg Art Club, PO Box 1737, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 or emailed to wickartclub@gmail.com.

If weather or other acts beyond our control cause the show to be closed or cancelled, no refund will be given.
Exception:

If the Governor of Arizona cancels or prohibits public activity and if, for that reason and ONLY FOR THAT REASON, we are unable to produce The Holiday Market Art & Craft Fair 2025, the club will refund your space / table fees. 

Requirements

Cash and Check accepted in person only. Please contact WAC to make arrangements.

Returned check fee $40.00.

• Tablecloths and any display needs are the responsibility of the artist.
• Space is on a first come, first served basis, as applications arrive in the office and will be assigned by the event Chairs. We will try to honor any special requests.
• Outdoor participants must have a canopy and if setting up on the lawn NO STAKES are allowed. Canopies must be weighted with a 40 lb. weight at each corner.
  

Required on your application:

• Applicants that are required (non- WAC Members) to have an AZ - TPT number and must have it listed on the application, or it will NOT be processed.
• Applicants that have a TOW Business License must have it listed on the application. If you DO NOT have a TOW Business License and are not a WAC member, then you must include the $10.00 fee with this application, or it will not be processed.
• Certificate of Liability must be on file with WAC before your application will be processed. 
• See below for insurance requirements and a link to Act Insurance.

• Applicants (Non-members of WAC)  who are required to have an AZ - TPT number must have it listed on the application or it will NOT be processed.

Insurance Requirements-Important

All applicants must have a Certificate of Liability listing the Town of Wickenburg and the Wickenburg Art Club as Additionally Insured Certificate Holders and be valid for Nov.14^th & 15^th, 2025. We have set up a website page with the ACT Insurance Company to make it easy for you to purchase your insurance with the required information. You may access this website by putting the link listed below in your browser. You may use another insurance company, but you must make sure that you meet all our requirements. Please email or have your insurance company email your Certificate of Liability to wickartclub@gmail.com – Your application will NOT be processed until we have your Certificate of Liability on file.

PARKING

Security

Security: Although the Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. (WAC) provides Citizen’s Patrol security between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. Friday Nov. 14^th. WAC is not responsible for any loss or injury to you, your booth, your display, or your vehicles.
IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE, YOUR CANOPY MUST BE SECURED AT NIGHT.

 

General Conduct and Public Health Guidelines

• Sorry, no pets allowed. SERVICE ANIMALS MUST be under owner control at all times.  Any unbecoming conduct during the  show will result in immediate removal.
  Public Health Guidelines will be enforced: 
• No Alcohol No Smoking No Pets
