Dear Artists and Crafters

The Wickenburg Art Club is proud to announce the 2024 Holiday Market, bringing quality vendors to the Wickenburg Community Center. This year we are excited to announce that this event will be held for two days with expanded outdoor booth spaces.

Please join us on Friday November 1 and Saturday November 2, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wickenburg Community Center for another successful event.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ IMPORTANT DETAILS BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR HOLIDAY MARKET

Payment

ALL FEES must be paid on the WAC website. If you need assistance contact the event chairs or call the Wickenburg Art Center at 928-684-0483

Cash and Check accepted in person only. Please contact WAC to make arrangements. Returned check fee $40.00.

Refund Policy

WAC will issue a full refund for cancellation for cause for each space / table until midnight August 1, 2024

Thereafter, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Wickenburg Art Club, PO Box 1737, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 or emailed to wickartclub@gmail.com.

If weather or other acts beyond our control cause the show to be closed or cancelled, no refund will be given.

EXCEPTION:

If the Governor of Arizona cancels or prohibits public activity and if, for that reason and ONLY FOR THAT REASON, we are unable to produce The Holiday Market Art & Craft Fair 2024, the club will refund your 2024 space / table fees.

Requirements

Tablecloths and any display needs are the responsibility of the artist.
Space is on a first come, first served basis as applications arrive and will be assigned by the
event Chairs. We will try to honor any special requests.

Licenses Required

Applicants (Non-members of WAC) who are required to have an AZ - TPT number must have it listed on the application or it will NOT be processed.
Applicants who have a TOW (Town of Wickenburg) Business License must have it listed on the application.
If you DO NOT have a TOW Business License and are not a WAC member, then you must include/select the $10.00 fee with registration or it will not be processed.

VERY IMPORTANT: PARKING

Due to the 2024 elections, we are sharing the parking lot with the election office. Please move your car immediately after unloading to the rear of the community center.

DO NOT PARK FOR ANY REASON ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING OR YOU WILL BE TOWED. DO NOT UNLOAD OR LOAD ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AS YOU WILL BE INTERFERING IN THE ELECTIONS.

Security

Although the Wickenburg Art Club, Inc. (WAC) provides security between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. Friday Nov. 1st, WAC is not responsible for any loss or injury to you, your booth, your display, or your vehicles. You must carry your own insurance.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE, YOUR CANOPY MUST BE SECURED AT NIGHT.

General Conduct and Public Health Guidelines

Sorry, no pets allowed. SERVICE ANIMALS MUST be under owner control at all times. Any unbecoming conduct during the show will result in immediate removal.
Public Health Guidelines will be enforced:
No Alcohol No Smoking No Pets
